Description: This custom home is currently being constructed in the Lahontan golf-community in Truckee, CA. Lake Tahoe Designs is working with the owners on many interior design aspects for the home, providing 3D perspectives of the rooms and the custom-designed features to give the owners a sense of the finished interior product. The presented renderings are progress drawings.
Lake Tahoe Designs’ concepts start at the home’s exterior entry with majestic steel arched beams which will tie into the equally dramatic custom architectural trusses displayed over the Great room with wood and steel elements. The Great room will also feature a unique lighting design with custom chandeliers and light fixtures and original-designed cabinetry.
The Master bedroom fireplace is another specially designed piece with metal work, tapered rock, and a recess for a TV.
The Kitchen layout and design features furniture-grade custom cabinetry, corbels and gorgeous rockwork above the range to hide the hood above, and wood false beams on the ceiling.
